How long does an order take?
Standard orders require at least 3 days to build. Larger quantities or custom requests may need more time, and timing is confirmed after submission.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is in Paxton, Illinois. Pickup details are shared after the order is submitted and payment is complete.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is available within 30 miles of Paxton for the listed delivery fee. Use the integrated delivery radius map in the order summary to check the general service area. Delivery timing is coordinated after the order is submitted.
How do payments work?
Standard 1-4 planter orders are paid through Stripe Checkout after the form is submitted. Orders of 5+ planters are confirmed first, then a custom payment link is sent.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled before the build begins. Once materials are cut or the planter is in progress, cancellations may not be refundable.
What if something is wrong?
Natural wood color, grain, and small handmade variations are expected. If something is wrong with the order at pickup or delivery, make contact within 48 hours so it can be addressed.
